In August 2024, The D4S project facilitated the Northern California Chinese Cultural and Sports Association and the American University of Science and Technology to sign contracts with Shandong Physical Education Institute and with the Shandong Province School Sports Association. In February 2025, the D4S project facilitated the Northern California Chinese Cultural and Sports Association to open the overseas internship base of Ludong University and Qufu Normal University, with 6 college students conducting semi-annual internships The first American International Kung Fu Championship was successfully held by universities in Shandong Province and the Northern California Chinese Culture and Sports Association. In May 2025, the D4S project organized the Shandong Province Sports University (Shandong University, Qufu Normal University) participated in the GSUN Brisbane Summit in September and submitted a report to organize a group discussion. Among them, Professor Zhou Jie, chief instructor of the D4S Project Workstation of Shandong University of Finance and Economics, through his student Qi Congcong, now a doctoral student at Loughborough University in the United Kingdom, successfully invited his mentor Professor Richard to visit and attend the Nishan World Civilization Forum Sports and Culture Forum. As a UNESCO chair, British academicians and authoritative experts in the Global Sports University Alliance have played an important role in bringing the finishing touch to the Sports Culture Forum and College Sports.
