Li Daixuan, a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Young Leaders Program for the 2023-2026 term, was born in Shandong Province, China. 

She holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Tsinghua University and currently works as a Product Manager at TikTok. 

Driven by digital technology, the project focuses on efficient information sharing and inclusive knowledge learning, actively promotes international sports exchanges and cooperation, and is committed to supporting the realization of the United Nations' 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), exploring new paths and possibilities for sustainable development in the digital era through innovative practices.

二、任职资格凭借 "D4S（Digital for Sustainability）项目方案，成功入选 2023-2026 年国际奥委会中国青年领袖，以数字化驱动体育可持续发展的实践能力获国际认可。

三、任期目标1、数字赋能体育系统依托数字创新与 AI 技术，全面升级山东群众体育、竞技体育、体育产业、青少体育及体育文化，实现 “守正创新，全面求强”。2、建设体育强省典范以 “世界眼光、国际标准、中国特色、山东一流” 为准则，打造全国体育强省典范，引领体育强国建设进程。

I. Personal Background

Li Daixuan is from Jinan, Shandong Province. Graduated from Renmin University of China and Tsinghua University, he obtained a master's degree in sociology. Currently serving as a Product Manager at TikTok (Singapore), he has a deep involvement in the digital field and possesses the abilities of cross-cultural innovation and resource integration.

II. Qualifications

With the "D4S (Digital for Sustainability) project plan, he successfully qualified as a Chinese Youth Leader of the International Olympic Committee for the period of 2023-2026. His practical ability to drive the sustainable development of sports through digital means has been internationally recognized.

III. Tenure Goals

1. Digital Empowerment of the Sports System

Relying on digital innovation and AI technology, comprehensively upgrade mass sports, competitive sports, the sports industry, youth sports, and sports culture in Shandong, achieving the goal of "upholding integrity and innovation, and striving for all-round strength".

2. Building a Model of a Strong Sports Province

Guided by the principles of "a global perspective, international standards, Chinese characteristics, and first-class level in Shandong", create a model of a strong sports province nationwide, leading the construction process of a sports powerhouse.

3. Promoting Olympic Actions

Practice the Olympic 365 concept (Anyday, Anywhere), implement the Olympic Agenda 2020+5 and the AI development plan, and strengthen global sports linkage.

4. Serving the United Nations SDGs

Focus on four dimensions: Quality Education (Goal 4), Reduced Inequalities (Goal 10), Sustainable Cities and Communities (Goal 11), and Partnerships for the Goals (Goal 17), and promote the implementation of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
